What time is check in?
Guaranteed Check-In is at 3:00pm. If you would like to check-in early, please give us a call at (541) 899-2050 the morning of your arrival so that we can make every effort to have your room ready at your arrival time
What time is check out?
Check out is at 11:00am. If you would like a late check out, please give us a call at (541) 899-2050 at your earliest opportunity so that we can schedule around your desired departure if possible.
Can I pay in cash?
Upon check in, we must have a valid credit card on file to authorize for the amount of your stay. At check out, you may pay in cash and the authorization on the credit card will be released according to the cardholder policy (usually 1-3 business days). We do not accept a cash deposit for the stay at check in.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find a price for one of our rooms with the same room type, number of guests and stay-dates, please let our front desk know. If they are able to verify the reduced rate, they will match the price.
Pet Friendly - what are the details?
Pets are welcome at Wine Country Inn in our designated Pet Friendly rooms.
These rooms are all on the first floor and have special flooring to assure a clean and safe environment for our visiting pets. A fee of $30/night charged for pet friendly rooms. Upon check-in, your pet will be provided it’s very own welcoming “doggie bag” with items to make their stay more comfortable. Pets may not be left in the room unattended. If your plans include non-pet friendly activities, please feel welcome to contact the front desk about doggie daycare options. Our summers are much too hot to leave your pet in the car.
Do you have adjoining rooms?
We do have adjoining rooms, but cannot guarantee them. If you would like adjoining rooms, we recommend that you call us directly to book your reservation so that we can make every effort to assure that you get the rooms you desire.
Are there refrigerators?
Every room comes equipped with a refrigerator
Are there microwaves?
Microwaves are available by special request. When you book your room, be sure to request a room with a microwave in the “Special Requests” section of the booking process or give us a call at (541) 899-2050
Are additional beds available?
We do offer rollaway beds that sleep one person for $15/night.
How much is parking?
We have generous free parking available to all of our guests
Do you have an elevator?

Do you serve alcohol?
A selection of beer and wine to be poured and consumed in room is available for sale to our guests over 21 with valid ID.
